It seems that if we keep the box checked on payroll, it works, if we don't do the same on the billing side, the client gets billed twice. Am I missing something about the prorating process? See the email from my scheduling manager below= : *I received an email from Billing stating that the invoice for Josefa Epstein for the week of June 23=E2=80=9329 is incorrect as per the client.= When I checked, I noticed that for the last two weeks, the live-in shifts are not getting prorated in the system. For the week of June 16=E2=80=9322, the cli= ent was billed for full hours on Sunday twice, and I had informed Michelle, who corrected it last week. Now, for the week of June 23=E2=80=9329, they are a= gain flagging the invoice as incorrect, (billed full amount instead of 19hrs) shifts are still not getting prorated.* *To avoid further confusion, I tried making some changes to the upcoming shifts. I noticed that when we keep the client rate as the default live-in rate, the shifts are not prorated automatically. Therefore, I have changed all the upcoming shifts to custom rates ($437.31/day) so we can adjust manually as needed going forward.* Let me know if there is something I am misunderstanding. Otherwise I will reach out to Billing to get it corrected. Thanks Audra!
