Hi Sam- Thank you so much for offering! I would review with Lisa & Gerard and align; I am happy to schedule time if that would help. My concern is the below doesn’t tell us who it’s from or what invoice(s) it’s for and we need to be sure we’re not making any assumptions in the cash application process or, that how we know what it’s for is documented in a FreshDesk ticket (by way of sending to the Payment Application DL you’re using) or some other record keeping tool. We are audited annually so this piece needs to be crisp from a documentation and record retention perspective. Baljet. I receive the e transfer email notification to my email and I do deposit in the bank. If you need more information about all deposits i can add you to the payment sharing sheet which includes information about all deposits. Please let me know.
