What I was saying was that the design and manufacturing department were unable to as they did not recognize the design. For this reason we are back to square one. Please understand we are trying to help here but we need more than just an email from you saying the coat is worth "X". The coat was also in the basket to be washed as accounted for by our caregiver. She said she in no way went through closets or randomly selected items from the front hall or otherwise to just wash something. She was very clear on this point. We are running out of time to figure this out however and so I would urge you to consider the $3000.00 offer as there is nothing currently to support a higher price and as I said, the coat was found in the wash basket.
