Hi,
Mark and I are currently talking and there are some mistakes with this. I
spoke with CDHC and I can bet none of these clients should be billed.
There is some error in how we entered some of this and I have been advised
by blue cross to cross reference everything and then send them an email for
the days they did not pay and they would make exceptions if they are valid.
We urgently need to set up a meeting to discuss this as we have had
countless calls from client very upset.
