Also, I see that with the new billing system I will be charged an additional 2.7% on credit card transactions. This will amount to an additional roughly $1500 cost to me over the course of a year. I believe 2.7% also exceeds the charge levied by BMO for transactions. I realize there’s an option to pay by bank debit transaction to avoid this fee, but I’m not comfortable with doing this with an American billing company. In any case, I’m hoping you might consider waiving this fee as I have never been asked to pay it before by any other company or business, and it represents a significant additional expense.
