Please review the information below regarding Vancouver client Dave Stieb
157970. The client does not want to pay the credit card surcharge fee and
doesn't want to provide us with ACH or debit card information. Thus, they
have approved the waiving of the fee. His average weekly invoice ranges
from $1,150.00 to $1,200.00.

I wanted to make sure that this request is legitimate.



Also, I see that with the new billing system I will be charged an
additional 2.7% on credit card transactions. This will amount to an
additional roughly $1500 cost to me over the course of a year. I believe
2.7% also exceeds the charge levied by BMO for transactions. I realize
there’s an option to pay by bank debit transaction to avoid this fee, but
I’m not comfortable with doing this with an American billing company. In
any case, I’m hoping you might consider waiving this fee as I have never
been asked to pay it before by any other company or business, and it
represents a significant additional expense. Not sure if any other clients
have objected to this.

I just called you and left a voicemail regarding the information for your
Mastercard ending in 6257. As you may already be aware of, we have
integrating your account into a new billing system called Versapay. We need
to transpose your Mastercard information from our old billing system into
Versapay, but we have found that we do not have the complete information
stored in our files and paperwork. Thus, we are going to need you to please
provide us with the complete card number, the expiration date, the CVV
code, the name on the card as it appears exactly, and the billing zip code,
in order to get the information on file in Versapay.



When you have time, kindly call into our Billing Help Desk at the
information provided below in my signature to provide us with this
information. When calling in, please reference Ticket # 800878.
