I also think I may have messed up. I was thinking that since we are regulated we didn't need to upload the form and honestly I had added the specifics of the form to our state specific skills checklist. I can separate those. I was thinking one less thing to sign and scan. Kansas has a lot. I will have Joshay sign the form but Lisa is going to come back. She showed up on orientation day and we weren't expecting anyone. I didn't want to send her away and Ali was in the field so I did the orientation presentation but I didn't feel confident doing her skills checklist. Me and hoyer lifts aren't a good thing. I will have this resolved by the end of next week.
