These items have a critical deadline of May 31st, which I had communicated to all parties prior to my PTO. As per my prior request, on May 23rd, Irin shared the email addresses for all employees in Alberta with Alina and I to ensure timely distribution. I hope Alina shared this information with you in my absence. Below are the specific items if you can kindly confirm completion: 1. *Emergency Preparedness Checklist, Client Care & CG Planning Policy* =C2=B7 Mansi was to update these documents by removing Julia Watthey's name= and inputting the correct name, and then resend the updated documents to Alina, you and I. 2. *Respect In the Workplace Document* =C2=B7 Was the =E2=80=9CApprover=E2=80=9D section updated with your name be= fore resending to employees in Alberta? 3. *Document Distribution via PandaDocs or DocuSign* =C2=B7 Given the time-sensitive nature of these documents and the need for compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, was PandaDocs or DocuSign used to send out all updated documents to the employees? 4. *Establishment of a Joint Health and Safety Committee* =C2=B7 In accordance with Section 13 of the Alberta OHS Act, has the Joint Health and Safety Committee vendor been selected to oversee and promote health and safety initiatives within our organization? I had shared the Vubiz quote and relevant training information with Alina, considering Vubiz offers comprehensive compliance training for all provinces at a significantly lower flat rate compared to our current vendor. 5. *Regular Contact for Workers Working Alone* =C2=B7 As per Section 394 of the Alberta OHS Code, we implemented enhanc= ed safety measures for workers who work alone during both day and night shifts. I created an editable =E2=80=9CWorking Alone Guidelines=E2=80=9D do= cument, excluding necessary contact names and numbers. The missing contact names and numbers would have needed to be inputted before sending out. 6. *Development of an Emergency Response Plan* =C2=B7 In line with Section 390 of the Alberta OHS Code, a comprehensive violence prevention plan has been implemented. This includes updating and resending the =E2=80=9CRespect in the Workplace Policy=E2=80=9D with your n= ame under the approver section before sending out to all employees in Alberta. 7. *Establishment of a Harassment Prevention Plan* =C2=B7 As per Section 390.4 of the Alberta OHS Code, we established= a harassment prevention plan included within the updated =E2=80=9CRespect in = the Workplace Policy=E2=80=9D. If you can kindly, provide me with an update on the status of these items and let me know if any tasks are still outstanding. Given the approaching deadline, it is crucial to
