Is this for current CG=E2=80=99s or all new hires that we bring on? This= applies to all current and new employees of TheKey in Alberta, CA. 2. Am I reading this correctly that the field team would need to send the above to CG=E2=80=99s through email set to read receipt? How would we then = track this to prove it was sent and acknowledged if OHS asks for this? This process can also be facilitated through DocuSign for all employees. 3. Could we consider sending these out via DocuSign or PandaDoc to the CG=E2=80=99s? We could ask for an acknowledgement signature, but we could a= lso pull a report that indicates that the CG opened the email. This requirement would apply to all employees reporting to this location, and DocuSign can be utilized for tracking purposes. 4. Can we remove Julia Watthey from the Emergency Preparedness Checklist, Client Care & CG Planning Policy as she no longer works with us? I can reach out to the owner of these policies to request the edits before sending. 5. Can we have someone sign as the approver for the Respect in the Workplace Policy prior to sending out? This can be reshared with Jenifer for her approval before sending.
