I made them aware we were asking for feedback from our staff who have worked there. The main issue is staff don't want to work there and it's become an issue. It was left that we were doing an investigation of the concerns. Once we have collected all the information and reviewed it then will present it back to North Lodge. They did note that it is a very busy, fast-paced home, different from their other locations and 1:1 with a senior in the home. They asked for Names when possible. They also offered to cross-reference any situations in their Staff's shift documentation. Their staff must chart on each shift and include agency tasks noted with the name of the agency.
