I just had the pleasure to speak with Reena and the details of our call are below. Please let me know if you have any questions and/or feedback. To start, I want to highlight that she appreciates and respects everyone that is involved and feels that you all are trying your best. GREAT WORK TEAM!! - Staffing Consistency/Caregiver Matching/ Caregiver Training - Louie! - They are so happy with Louie, Jack looks forward to him coming each shift - He is kind, gentle, upbeat, proactive, and makes a huge effort to engage in conversations with Jack - question brought up by Reena - how do we ensure we keep Louie? - Fill in Caregivers - She mentioned having a back up(s) list for Louie when there are needs would be helpful to ensure - ease of transition for dad (mentioned he does get anxious with new people and is coming with age) - less lift on her when orienting the caregivers with care plan - she also mentioned she understands that this is difficult for staff to execute and is more than happy to help but at times can get tir= ing - Family away for 3 months after christmas - she mentioned that after christmas her and her brother will be away with limited access - having comfort in the areas above would provide peace of mind and security for all Again, amazing work all!
