I know Irin and I spoke with her about this a few times already, but if you look at her unicom messages (attached), the app is showing her that she got paid for 5hrs or 5.25hrs only -- not sure why, when her shifts are 9.5hrs or 10hrs with client#11780. This has been an ongoing issue since she returned from vacation in May 2022. I do not have access to her Ceridian information to see if she's getting paid the full amount, and it's only the Mavencare app that is showing the incorrect amount. The bookings in the Mavencare portal are correct to her schedule. Weekly her hours should be 52.50 hours: - *Mondays* =3D 11am to 3pm with EK. - *Tuesdays/Sundays* =3D 9:30pm to 7:30am with AC. - *Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays/Saturdays* =3D 9:30pm to 7am with AC. **Note: Sun June 19th she worked 9:30pm to 8am.* I've filed a JIRA already with Mavencare, and it's currently "under investigation." Would you be able to look into this?
