It was found that Leena was a part of the Mavencare acquisition in March 2022. Kristen Jarbo helped me search for the offer agreement that would have been sent. There was not a formal Canada onboarding process at that time. Shameema/Tim, I'm unsure if the office manager who ran payroll would have received the signed copy to enter payroll information into their systems. Shameema--can you take lead on checking? We were unable to find the signed agreement, but were able to find the pdf of the March 2022 Bamboo version that would have been sent to Leena (attached). I was able to find the most recent role transition signed document (addendum-attached). I have the master data folders from Bamboo in storage (4 sets) and will start to download them to search the archives---each set takes about 8 hours to download. I'll keep you posted.
