I should have added that to my report. It is usually repeat people. Also I have had some issues when I add a shift if I forget to =E2=80=9Cuntick=E2=80=9D the caregiver confirmation box that seems to ca= use problems even if re put it in and untick it. I can fix this though and get them to use it properly. Or have an ambassador follow up.
