We are trying to upgrade an employee because her vaccine status is causing a number of issues. We have not terminated her though as we can't afford to have only one client success in that region. We are really running out of time though so we really need this upgrade approved. On my end it says it is but apparently Katie does not have approval for this and so can't send me candidates.
