Katie can then start working on finding you candidates. You will need to set the req against the position that you are looking to upgrade, you do not need to term them in the system to do this. Unfortunately, we are not able to start a search until we have the open requisition that has been approved by leadership and Compensation. I have attached the Workday worksheet here that will guide you though the process. Thanks.
