I also noticed when I went into the detail view, there is 0% for the RNs that are in the schedules which may be skewing the percentages somewhat. Their shifts are added manually for billing so they would never be using the app. Not sure if there is a way to pull these out of the data so we can get a better picture of the percentage of use - which still needs to improve even with those shifts removed. I imagine Kim & Cathy have similar issues in their regions if they are billing for visits. Steps was not able to use the app consistently this week due to consolidation and it took some time to get the CGs back in the app. Mavencare is not on our system yet.
