We do still have the Canada Life policy in Winnipeg, but only for their caregivers. This is the only location with benefits coverage for caregivers. When we switched to RBC, Canada Life had incorrectly cancelled the entire policy which had to be subsequently restored. Lindsey Fancy is the only person with access to manage the Canada Life policy for these caregivers. Lindsey will need to ensure the corporate / field support team members that rolled to RBC are retroactively removed from the Canada Life policy back to 12/1/22. Once that is done, the remaining premiums would be for just the caregiver coverage. This will be an ongoing expense as this policy for caregivers will be ongoing (to the best of my knowledge). There are no plans for which I am aware to expand benefit plan coverage to any of our Canadian caregivers beyond Winnipeg.
