I realize that I wrote those bullets a little poorly, but these were the questions from them. In short, 1) do you have an employee policy handbook that wasn't shared during diligence, and 2) is the non-compete the only agreement you currently use with non-caregiver employees? If we are missing any key documents in the original email, feel free to attach them and Nina and Kim will include them in their review before our call.
