Proof of such insurance coverage must be provided to the PUBLIC BODY when submitting the bid. - The minimum amount of coverage provided by these insurance policies must be TWO MILLION DOLLARS ($2,000,000.00). - The SERVICE PROVIDER must hold all motor vehicle liability insurance required by law for vehicles that it owns, leases, or has in its care, custody, or control. The motor vehicle liability insurance must meet the following conditions: a) it must comply with the terms and conditions set out in this clause and in clause 10.01.01, with the exception of the conditions set out in the paragraph entitled =E2=80=9CRight of subrogation= =E2=80=9D; b) the minimum amount of coverage provided by the motor vehicle insurance policy must be ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000.00) per claim. - The PUBLIC BODY requires a professional liability insurance policy covering errors or omissions. a) Proof The SERVICE PROVIDER must hold, and maintain for the duration of the Contract, professional liability insurance covering all persons involved in the performance of its obligations under the Contract. The CLIENT must receive proof of such insurance coverage from the PUBLIC BODY upon submission of the bid. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall be liable for any damage caused by it, its employees, agents, representatives, or subcontractors in the course of, or in connection with, the performance of the Contract - of this contract, including damages resulting from a breach of a commitment made under this contract.
