The short answer is that pursuant to Quebec's Charter of the French Language law, websites for businesses operating in Quebec need to be available in French and the quality of the French content needs to be at least equivalent to the English version. In addition, while Quebec has a specific law on point, here is some information related to other provinces we do business in: Manitoba - officially a bilingual province (English/French) Ontario - certain areas of Ontario are officially bi-lingual (English/French) Alberta, Nova Scotia - Officially English speaking provinces, but permit services in French or other languages. That being the case, we may want to have a French translation version available in other provinces and not just Quebec.
