--000000000000d85da605e0003f7d Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Good morning, I have scheduled time today with Brian on the timing of cutting credit cards and will be pointing to this (and other examples) to support my request to slow down the card cutoff until we can better get our arms around alternative payment methods. I anticipate some kind of compromise where we make sure to retain 1 - 2 cards at all offices in the near term but drop most cards. Regardless of the approach there will be clear communication on when it will occur prior to cards being cut off, with the goal in mind of reducing expenses and increasing reporting visibility, not disrupting business.
