Below are the results: - *100%* of caregiver files contained completed background checks. - *0%* contained completed annual performance evaluations. - *0%* contained proof of orientation. To address these gaps and ensure compliance moving forward: 1. *Training:* A training session has been conducted with the General Manager and Caregiver Manager responsible for compliance. 2. *Proof of Orientation:* As of *12-10-24*, all new hire employees will have their Proof of Orientation uploaded to WellSky. 3. *Annual Performance Evaluations:* As of *12-10-24*, Annual Performance Evaluations will be filed in a secure Google Drive accessible HERE . 4. *Background Checks:* Background checks will continue to be uploaded regularly by the General Manager or an appointed representative to the appropriate secured drive. Additionally, the Manager of Quality and Service will conduct monthly audits at the start and end of each month. Any discrepancies or missed Annual Performance Evaluations will be addressed with the General Manager during a standing monthly review meeting. While reviewing the files for the original individuals, no additional documents were found to address those that were initially missing. Two employees are no longer active with TheKey. The Caregiver Manager is actively working to ensure that each remaining individual is brought into compliance with Annual Performance Evaluations.
