Hi Chris + Mike,
This is approved temporarily
How long do you need the capability to do the merges for this event?
Thanks,
Terrence Vetter

Hi Mike,
Any word on how you are going to help me get these invites out? I must step out of the office for about 2 hours right now.
I tried sending to 50 emails not 250 and received the same message as before. How can we make this work? These invitations must go out today.
Pardon me for being the squeaky wheel, but I need the oil today, please.
Thanks,

Hi Chris,
I hope you are well. TheKey limits the amount of emails that can be sent at once to 50 unique email addresses. This policy is in place to limit the spread of malware virus containing emails.
Please break the email down into smaller units by sending multiple emails. Again, limit the total number of recipients to 50 folks, including internal users who you maybe CC'ing on the email. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but it's for the betterment of the company.
We appreciate your understanding in the matter.
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Rohit,
As my initial email stated... "I am attempting to send an invite to approx 250 people to attend an open house we are hosting in a couple of weeks."
I was instructed to use mail merge, which I have done. No one on the invite list belongs to our organization. They are all external.
Frustratingly I cannot send this mail merge email. Can you please help me do that? It should be a one time thing.
Thank you.

Hi Chris,
Good Day,
Thank you for reaching out to The Key IT Support.
To help us review this request appropriately, could you please share a brief business justification for sending this communication to external recipients?
It would also be helpful to understand whether the outreach is limited to email communication only, or if there is any supporting material (such as documents, links, or other resources) that recipients may need to access externally, so we can ensure the request is aligned with the correct process.
Additionally, please let us know the intended duration for this request.
Once we have these details, we’ll be happy to take this forward.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Thanks,

Good Day,
I am attempting to send an invite to approx 250 people to attend an open house we are hosting in a couple of weeks. I finally have my spreadsheet cleaned up enough that it will accept it, but when I try to send it says "your administrator" has not approved sending to recipients outside the organization (or something along those lines).
No one on the spreadsheet is part of TheKey. How can I send this mail merge email?
Thanks,
