you be billing The Key as an individual or from a corporation? There are
different forms for the two. Let me know and I can put in some
explanation on what you need to fill in. Those are information forms. They
are not filed with the IRS, but the payer (in this case, the Key) is
required to obtain them. It basically tells the Key that they don't need
to withhold any tax when they are paying you.
