There would be a few steps involved that Aaron mentioned with the second step possibly requiring some heavier lifting regarding upgrading hardware, operating system, and networking within the local office (assumings folks are connecting from the office only but that might be incorrect assumption) - Adding Quickbooks' multi-user licenses - Upgrading current installation from standalone to server based.
