As a reminder, TheKey is billed monthly for each active profile, so timely deactivation helps avoid unnecessary costs. Missing documentation puts us at serious risk in the event of an audit, and as you know, it=E2=80=99s much harder to collect once a client is no longer= active. So if you receive documents with signatures that do not belong to the payor, if you could please get them revised or get POA documents ahead of the start of care, that would be incredibly helpful in ensuring compliance.
