Karla had a few concerns with suggested solutions. - Need CG ads for areas that are outside immediate coverage area for ex. St. Peters and Arnold. Emily has already addressed this with Cassandra = and ads have been placed. - Need more CG's. She is burning CG's out and they are having service failures due to CG burnout. She does not feel comfortable writing up the CG's when she is placing them in the situation to fail. She states that= in the past WOM was their biggest driver. They would run a CG referral bon= us that was very successful. Referral Bonus Details: after 90 days the referring CG receives $400 if the referred CG works a minimum of 20 hour= s within the 90 day period, has no disciplinary actions and is still activ= e on the roster. - She expressed that she has not received a raise and is now being tasked with an added responsibility of interviewing CG's for the recruitment team without added compensation. She is confident in Ayla, = CG Recruiter, completing these interviews as Karla gets an opportunity to m= eet these CG's during orientation. I explained that we would be evaluating this. - She would like the HCL to push for live ins in harder to staff areas. We would need ads for live in CG's placed. - She would like the HCL to explain that there are 2 options for 24/7 clients. No OT is a total of 6 caregivers for consistency. If you want= to pay OT, we can offer consistency with a total of 4 caregivers. Emily- - Had a great conversation and I think she is doing great! - She was agreeable to a CG referral bonus if it will drive in CG's. She worked a shift on Tuesday herself.... She said they don't want to sa= y no to cases but they have had 3 service failures that resulted in a lost client and 2 clients that decreased hours.
