I=E2=80=99ll look into this = ASAP. Bit of background, in Montreal, staff have been put to work in instances where there is a sense of urgency. Recruiter has the discretion to push through the hire with minimal documentation if they are satisfied with the candidates resume and capabilities (Background check should still be done). With the caveat that the employee profile is completed with remaining data in due time. I=E2=80=99d like to know if Carolyn is seeing this trend for all new starts= .
