Hi all,

There was not much feedback on this so I picked a time and day. Again, this
is not mandatory and will just be an office hour type of setting. Come as
you please each week or don't if you are busy, Bob and I will stay for 15
minutes and if nobody has joined by then we will sign off. If anybody has
any questions on this please let me know!
