We have John who handles collections. Cynthia who monitors our e-transfers. And the billing team who has access to Quick Books. Collections is following up with clients concerning invoices and clients are disputing that those invoices have been paid. Collections then follows up with billing and this process can take up to a week. No one seems to be "owning" this process entirely and can resolve an issue promptly.
