Out-of-Pocket Reimbursements: My bank rejected the attempted reimbursement from a US account. I spoke to my bank and they are not able to accept from US. I have reactivated an old banking account with another Canadian bank that will accept US deposits. I sent Seth Poindexter this banking information this morning asking to update to this banking account and to re-send the reimbursement amount. 2. AMEX application: (this was not denied) I am not able to complete the original Amex application because I don't have a US address. The link to this application has expired. What I need is a new link to the Amex Application with directions how to bypass the Canadian Address issue. What US address can I use? Then who do I need to follow-up with to ship it from the US to me.
