I was unaware that this had happened and moving forward the team is well aware they are to wait for their relief staff to come before leaving. I understand the importance of 1:1 support especially with this case- I do apologize for this incident. Nejma had called the office to inform us she was going to be late and the on call manager should have let UG know. We are reaching out to her to see if she called UG or left a VM trying to inform. Shikah should not have left before Nejma showed up and that has already been addressed. The shifts originally were 8-8 but when we had to switch up the care team, we had to move it to 7-7 rotating shifts. All should be on track now. I do appreciate you letting me know about this, and I also want to continue the strong relationship Beth had with everyone at University Gates.
