I'll let Matt respond for the gas cards but here is the CAN process for
mileage currently

   1.

   Canadian Mileage Reimbursement
   1.

      Canada is slated to be able to use the CONCUR mileage reimbursement
      tool in March 2023.
      2.

      In the meantime - the Canada team is to use the same expense process
      as the personal expenses. They’re to use the Expense Report Template
      here
      <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16QNjSqD6o1SMd0bAmZVGfiYuPK62MTMloidUyEsR1OM/edit?usp=sharing>
      to fill out their expenses to be personally reimbursed.
      3.

      Canada Revenue Agency guidelines - payout is 61 cents per kilometre
      CAD
      4.

      Once completed - send to CAN Director of Sales Matt Vijayan for
      approval and he will work with each office’s payment team to get this
      locally reimbursed.
