Both siblings have very different stories when it came to the quality of the caregiver we provided for them. The son mentioned that the carevier was excellent and the daughter's story was that the caregiver was lazy and had no experience. The daughter is not letting her brother pay the balance of the bill as per her claims that she doesn't see why she needs to pay for such services. She has asked us to contact her many times to go over more details and myself and Timothy have called multiple times and have emailed her multiple times as well. We even had a conference call set up with Timothy, Veronica, Dominic and myself. They failed to show up to the call and never responded back to the email we sent afterwards to try and reschedule the call. She is now ignoring all our calls and emails, same goes for her brother Dominic. From my understanding, she was also sent a final notice email and she has not responded to that as well.
