Any qualified expenses incurred by the covered caregivers can be submitted to Canada Life for reimbursement. Also, Canada Life has informed me that Lindsey Fancy is the only person with access to GroupNet which is used by Plan Administrators. Lindsey is shown as terminated in Workday. Is she still with us?
