May I ask what it is that they are able to provide, perhaps we can accommodate. As for the frequent change of caregivers, do you mind giving me more information about this issue? I feel that we have had a pretty consistent schedule but I may have missed something. A weekly schedule of 168 hours necessitates 5 caregivers in order to avoid overtime, unfortunately there's no way around this issue. As for the Visa payments, we will only pass this weeks invoice next Monday June 3rd and it may only show up June 4th. If you can please wait till after June 4th to put any stops on your Visa.
