There is very little I can do in speeding up Canada Post delivery system nor do I control the speed at which the mail is received, sorted, processed and recorded in my account in your office in Toronto. I have in the past tried to discuss faster ways for me to deliver our mid-month monthly payments with your colleagues, without finding a better solution. I have also unsuccessfully tried to watch the =E2=80=9Chelp=E2=80= =9D videos of your new invoicing system to see if there is a different payment process I could use (It gives me an error message when I click on the links). I am also getting tired of receiving multiple requests for payment (the new system seems to be particularly adept at firing off collection emails which also include vailed threats of =E2=80=9Cterminating services=E2=80=9D). As = I have indicated to both you and Cathy here in Vancouver, we pay regularly and have never missed a single monthly payment in over 10 years.
