I do have access to Ontario still but because I don't have access to any other market I just stay out of uploading files completely to keep my process the same across the markets.

Apologies, as I didn't realize that you didn't have access to Clearcare.
This is an Oakville client that is in the Toronto URL in Clearcare. I usually reach out to CSMs when I am missing documents, but they usually loop you in for clients in the Montreal and Toronto URLs, so figured I would just go straight to you. But it looks like the CCA and PAF were uploaded today.
Regarding the POA documents, I would email Jeannie Ortiz to see if she can pull a report for you. But one thing to note is we will always require a POA if the signer is listed as POA and is not using their own financials to pay for services but rather the clients financials to pay for services.
