I think it's a great idea for us to ink but to make it work, it probably would require that Dennis or someone local is able to work from there multiple times a week. Their pain point with the current agency incumbent is that they don't show up enough. For days he can't be there, one other thing that we have explored elsewhere is a "lead caregiver" that gets a stipend (e.g., $1k / month) to be the constant presence (although still needing to be almost entirely billable).
