To date, we have not received a response from Lisa. To move forward I will send another formal demand to Lisa via email and certified mail return receipt requested. Once we can show that she has been notified of the demand at least twice we can move forward with collections if desired. This demand will be sent out no later than tomorrow and we'll give her 10 days to respond. I researched and located a Canadian law firm and collection agency that will handle all pre-litigation on a contingency basis. We're scheduling a meeting to explore potential next steps. I'll keep you posted.
