In spite of not having a formal consent agreement, would the customer accepting service basically amount to providing their consent? Would that argument hold up? I am suggesting that we make an attractive offer as soon as possible so that we can resolve this prior to having to go the legal route without a contract. *From:* Ali Malik *Sent:* Tuesday, July 11, 2023 11:35 AM *To:* Timothy Thomas *Cc:* Laszlo Kovacs ; Elizabeth Clark ; Gerard Draetta *Subject:* Re: Helen St Pierre** Do we have that communication from the facility saying family is responsible? I'm trying to figure out a way for us to get payment as swiftly as possible. The financial advisor needs to see its legitimate cost. Is there anything we can provide aside from the invoices to show this balance is owed by the family. I think if we have any communication from the facility saying it's owed by the family, I can try and figure something out with the financial advisor. @Gerard Draetta the 30k settlement is not sufficient enough, the balance is at 96k. We would have lost a lot of money. At Least we need to try and get them to give us a minimum 60k. If you see Lisa's email, the financial advisor is just requesting additional documents to see if services were legitimate, if we can get some sort of service agreement and communication from the facility, we can try and settle this. Let me figure something out. Will get back to you guys. I'm going to see if I can get a hold of the financial advisor. thanks On Tue, Jul 11, 2023 at 11:15=E2=80=AFAM Timothy Thomas wro= te: Hi Ali, I wish I had better news. When this client signed up we were told by the HCL Amanda Ilines that the facility would be paying for the 1:1 service and billing the client directly. We have a staffing contract with Park Avenue Manor, the facility, and have serviced clients in this manner in the past. In April, after chasing down the facility for payment, they instructed us to send the invoices to Lisa the POA. I wasn't informed of this change at the time and we did not request for a new consent agreement to be signed. Services continued until your team advised me of the outstanding balance in June. I gained access to Amanda Ilines emails and searched for any communications that would prove Park Avenue Manor was responsible, but unfortunately I couldn't find any. Let me know if you have any other questions, Tim On Tue, Jul 11, 2023 at 10:48=E2=80=AFAM Ali Malik w= rote: Hey Tim, I managed to negotiate with Lisa for Helen S
