Understood. Who all should have delete access to the ring groups? Zoom's perspective on this is that anything going to a group voicemail should be managed by a specific person (or persons) as it might be easy for no one to return calls as they might think someone else will do it ... or ... there are those that will just hide behind voicemail, delete them, and not call the caller back in order to avoid work. I know that sounds pretty pessimistic, but there is a degree of truth to it which is why Zoom designed their call queues that way. Anyway, with that, I just want to make sure we have you covered for the degree of access you wish to grant people the ability to arbitrarily delete group voicemails. Thanks, Mark Warner

Hi Mark, Yes, I am referring to if someone calls lets say the "New Client Line", and leaves a voicemail. If I call them back and speak to them, I should be able to delete that VM even if its not coming to my personal line. We had that power under 8x8. Thanks,

There should be no reason you aren't able to delete your OWN voicemails left on your personal Zoom number. Currently, the system is not set up to allow deletion of Call Queue (ring group) voicemails. Are these the voicemails to which you are referring?

Sorry for the delay; just have had other issues that triaged with a touch higher priority. Looking at this now.
