When the CLient asked her if = she had the correct schedule Andraya was very defensive and the Client wa= s very offended. I visited Andraya=C2=A0behind=C2=A0closed doors=C2=A0and= asked her what was going on with her. Is she liking her job? Is she feel= ing confident in her job duties? Or is this job not the right fit for her= .=C2=A0She told me she didn't feel welcomed- which she has said this befo= re which is so far from the truth of how we have welcomed her into the of= fice and she at one
