Hi Shameema,

Thanks for putting this together. Few things to clarify and amend


   1. Averaging agreement - We might need to amend the language to include
   a statement that shows the candidate is agreeable to it and space for
   initials. According to ESA, an employee must voluntarily agree to it. Is
   this being rolled out across Canada?
   2. Ontario addendum - Vacation pay - The default as per ESA is accrual.
   We can include verbiage and an option for the employee to choose between
   accrual and paid out per week.
   3. Can we add a section on Availability? Recruiters hire based on
   availabilities provided, and if there is a change, that impacts
   employability. We need staff to maintain availability during the
   probationary period and provide a two-week notice to change, contingent on
   the new availability being conducive to the company.
   4. Stat & Holiday pay - Is this missing from the agreement?
