Hello!

I hope this email finds you well. Today, Marybeth and I had a meeting with
Jennifer Allen and Elizabeth "Liz" Kachur to discuss the Workplace Violence
policy. Liz has kindly shared the U.S. Workplace Violence policy here
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1MiTKEDPut7ohQ9cg7GK0kfg1QAKMua3B/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=116121764975946697885&rtpof=true&sd=true>
for your review and editing purposes to fit Canada's requirements.

As per HR's request, please proceed with making necessary edits and/or
comments directly on the document. However, please refrain from moving the
document to another folder.

Timothy and Sharon, once you have made the edits to align the policy with
B.C. guidelines, please provide an update by emailing Steve Koyanagi and
CC' Jennifer Allen for visibility. It is essential that Steve reviews the
policy with outside counsel for approval before you submit the Workplace
Violence P&P to WorkSafeBC.
Lastly, If you stumble across anything else you need from HR or general HR
support, please do not hesitate to submit a ticket to HRSC by emailing them
at HRServiceCenter@thekey.com.

Thank you & have a wonderful day.

P.S. @Marybeth Waldner <marybeth.waldner@thekey.com> Please feel free to
add anything I may have missed from our call today.
