I have already sent him that piece and he was happy with that but what he is looking for is if a risk assessment is done on a yearly basis with regards to the caregivers and the work they do with varied clients and how we keep them safe. I do think that the officer in charge of our file with worksafe BC will want proof that an assessment has been done. I think we must provide him with the notes and template of doing the Violence Risk Assessment from what he shared in his email. Is this something you want me to do or is this going to be done by the Compliance Department? The document attached is not what he is looking for as we have already sent that to him.
