The data you previously presented showed 69 conversions from Nov to Jan - I would like to find out how many of those conversions actually made it to call our office? As you know, we have been experiencing a lower volume of intake calls since the third-party vendor took over the campaigns. This could be a reason "why," and if this is the case, then a conversation should be had with the vendor as this has cost us a lot of money for nothing.
