They combine 20 hours (week 1) + 20 hours (week 2) to get to the 40 hours. The idea behind this is that one week might have more hours than the other. Being over or under the 40 mark determines Cheetah instead of Bee or Elephant instead of Turtle. They then also look at whether they are clients that are over/under the 31 day mark to determine Elephant instead of Cheetah or Turtle instead of bee. That's why they actualize 49 days after the SOC to give in a buffer to determine tenure. Starting with June bonuses we will be calculating as such: The DART team calculates utilization within the first 14 days (two weeks). They combine 30 hours (week 1) + 30 hours (week 2) to get to the 60 hours. This determines Cheetah instead of Bee or Elephant instead of Turtle. They then also determine whether they are clients that are over/under the 31 day mark. Perhaps @Timothy Thomas or Angie can help provide further clarification?
