This issue has been resolved. Winston Park was in outbreak and we had to use new caregivers to cover multiple lines of shifts. However, while assigning new caregivers we ask them to wear scrubs for their shifts. This issue was brought to attention yesterday. We made sure that all the caregivers going in are wearing proper uniforms and name tags. All caregivers who didn=E2=80=99t had the name tag and uniform are asked to com= e to the office before the next shift. This will be strictly monitored moving forward.
