It's important to note, homes that have a Retirement and LTC attached fall under the LTC Resident Bill of Rights and the RHRA Retirement home bill of rights. In LTC, staff MUST wear a name tag to identify themselves to the Residents. This is a compliance issue that they can be cited for by the ministry. It's common knowledge that ministry inspectors catch this 1st when they arrive for inspections. This Outbreak at Winston Park has been going on since Oct. 1,700+ Staffing hours. Due to the Outbreak, we can't go in for quality assurance checks nor in person conversations for damage control. The other major part of this complaint was about a specific caregiver who was put on the do not send list.
